  • The oil obtained from the different oilseeds show variations in the percentage if oil. The oil content varies from 37-49%.
  • They are important herbs in many regional foods and may come from one of three different plants: black mustard, brown Indian mustard, or white mustard.

Uses

  • The leaves, seed, and oil from the seed are used to make medicine.
  • The Indian food has a lot of use of mustard seeds in there diet because they are having high source of calcium, omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, manganese, dietary fibers and proteins.

6 Packing Mustard Seed should be delivered in 86 kg. groos weight basis with a variation of +/-2 % in new/sound unmended A-Twill bags or once used sugar bag without any spilage
